This year has come to a close with our banquet last night and I want to say again how proud I am of our team for how they conducted themselves and played hard this season. I would also like to congratulate Bryce Collier for being selected to the 1st Team All District and to Michael Freeman being selected with and honorable mention.
We also had awards presented which deserve to be repeated here.

Join the Hornets soccer team for our annual Pizza Inn fundraiser - Monday, September 17. The boys will be waiting tables, filling drink orders, and cleaning the tables. After 50 buffets are purchased, we receive a percentage of the proceeds for the booster club which then goes to support the team. We also receive any tips that are given regardless of the amount of buffets purchased. Encourage your family and friends to come out and support the Soccer team. Pizza Inn, North Kansas Expressway, just north of Kearney.
The annual Hillcrest Soccer Banquet will be held on Tuesday November 7th, 2006 at 6:00 PM. This will be held at The Café (NW Corner of Kearney and The West Bypass) The cost is $8.00 for adults, $4.00 for children under 12.
