The Hillcrest Soccer Season has started. The Varsity started their season by playing the Waynesville Tigers at Waynesville. The team is lead by co-captains Michael Freeman, Radu Mariuta, and Ricky Price. Also returning are seniors Joshua Fletcher and Jonathon Bridwell. They have been joined by the returning juniors and sophmores and a class of freshman that bring some successes of their own. We are looking forward to an exciting season. This season will be the season that most of our games are away but come out and support the team to as many games as you can. Look for updates to continue.

This year has come to a close with our banquet last night and I want to say again how proud I am of our team for how they conducted themselves and played hard this season. I would also like to congratulate Bryce Collier for being selected to the 1st Team All District and to Michael Freeman being selected with and honorable mention.

The Willard Soccer Tournament is this Friday and Saturday. Come out and support the team in the first game of the season.
Game 1: Friday 6:00 pm against Willard
Game 2: Saturday 10:00 am against New Covenant
Possible Game 3: Saturday 12:00
There have been a couple of changes to the schedule so take a look at it. Waynesville has been rescheduled for September 28 and the game with Marshfield is an away game.
